Synergy 360 Cohort Graduation

On Thursday, November 12, the West & Wilkinson Merchant Association closes out the inaugural cohort of Synergy 360 the way it deserves — in person, in community.

Synergy 360 is WWMA’s signature capacity-building program for small business owners along Charlotte’s west corridor. Through months of workshops and one-on-one business coaching, this first class did the unglamorous work of building businesses that last — and they did it together, mostly on a screen.

This is the night that changes. The full cohort comes together face-to-face for the first time: owners meeting owners, coaches meeting the businesses they’ve been building alongside, and the WWMA community meeting all of them. We’ll announce the recipients of the Synergy 360 mini-grant awards — up to $800 going directly back into cohort businesses — and recognize every owner who finished the program.
